  • Pulseras by Eli is a small business based in Edmonton, Canada, specializing in dainty, handcrafted jewelry.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or social media.
  • Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Product Information & Care

  • Our jewelry is handmade and delicate, requiring careful handling. Customers are advised to follow the instructions on the Jewelry Care Card provided with each order.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, and size may occur.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our official Instagram page or any other authorized sales channel.
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., e-transfer, PayPal, credit/debit cards].

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer shipping within Canada, local delivery within Edmonton, and a pickup option in Edmonton.
  • Customers opting for pickup must message us directly on Instagram with their order number to arrange the pickup location.
  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays. Pulseras by Eli is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are available within 14 days for items of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo proof.
  • Earrings, custom orders, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including product designs, images, logos, and branding associated with Pulseras by Eli, is the intellectual property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Pulseras by Eli is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries caused by the use of our jewelry. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the materials used and ensure they are suitable for their skin type.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of jewelry after it has been delivered or picked up.

8. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
